My WaterColor Property was 3 years old when I purchased and the exterior of property had never been cleaned.. Precision worked really hard to get all corners and surfaces cleaned and made they sure that all of the chairs and cushions were removed and stored before work began. I have now found a company that can clean my exterior and I know that they can be trusted to do a great job at a reasonable price.

I have also given their contact information to the WaterColor HOA and have recommended Precision to the community.

I have used Mike (Precision Pressure Washing) on several occasions. Previous, to contracting Mike, I used several other pressure washing firms. Without doubt, Mike’s work is the best of the best and he is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend his services.

The gentleman that cleaned the roof was polite and professional and when I returned home from work that afternoon the roof looked like it did when it was built, as promised.
